Mandatory rehearsals
From now on, unless you have a previously stated conflict, you are expected to be at every rehearsal. We also need you on time! We have 10 days until tech, and Tech week attendance is beyond category on this note. We make adjustments to the show that week and do not have time to reteach or schedule pick ups. So, if you are missing, this affects logistics, safety, and cast/number cohesiveness and we don't want to have to make tough decisions now.
Assume you are called every day from now through tech, then 7/6-7/10 without a doubt.
Off book
Know your lines and blocking. Everyone should be off book now--no excuses. Things are moving quickly now, and if you are struggling to keep up with lyrics and blocking, the struggle will only get worse.
Tickets
SELL TICKETS. Keep promoting the show via social media. Do what you can--we want a full house every night!
Costume reminders
- Wear every costume piece assigned.
- No earrings, no rings, no necklaces, unless in your costume bag (see costumer for any questions).
- No finger nail polish, toe polish unless in shoes.
- Please wear appropriate changing clothes underneath costumes (leotards, athletic shorts/shirt): nude or black are preferred depending on your costume.
- Please wear deodorant.
- Please hang up all costumes--no costumes on floor
- Clean up your areas.
