Note from the producer, Saturday rehearsal changes, and more!

From the producer:
Dear Cast and Crew of Les Miserables,

I have a few announcements:

1) I have gotten approval to extend our Cast Discount pricing.  So Keep Selling Tickets!!  We need around 100 more sold to add two more shows. This show is going to be amazing…SELL, SELL, SELL!!!

2) T Shirts:  I have an additional T Shirt option for you!  You can order the basic T Shirt in Royal Blue for $10.00, OR a V-neck in a Heather Royal Blue for $15.00.  Both will have the same logo.  Please let us know by Saturday how many you would like to order.  (These are great advertising for the show).

3) Monday’s rehearsal will be in The Garza!  Yea!  (This of course means we need to move The Barricade down the sidewalk).  :0)

Saturday, after rehearsal, we will take down the Barricade and disassemble the bridges.  Load up for the move.  About an hour.

Sunday at 5:30, we will help the Beaux Stratagem cast strike their set and we will move our Barricade down the sidewalk and into The Garza.

This is Not Mandatory, But anyone who is available, WE WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR HELP!  Please let me know if you are available. 

Thanks to all of you for your hard work and dedication to our production.  Your work is really showing in the rehearsals and I am getting excited to see this come together with all of the set, costumes and lighting… We are getting close!

Additional notes:

 

For those of you with a fitting tomorrow--please be wearing the proper undergarments/underclothes for costuming. Don't show up in regular clothes, THEN change into your undergarments--kind of defeats the purpose. They should be UNDER your regular clothes.

 

Please wear deodorant. We have to say this because...well, there's always someone who shows up without it, then their costume smells. Pit-stink is something Febreeze doesn't always fix.

 

Costume parade begins at 12. That means, we'd like you to be READY to walk out in front of the panel at the following times:

• Students--12
• Convicts--1215
• Sailors--1220
• Wedding guests--1225
• Fong and Amelia--1235
• JVJ, Peyton, Hannah K, Hannah H--1240

We have an extremely busy Saturday! During blocking, please remain respectfully quiet, so the director can move quickly, and everyone can hear their blocking notes. It is imperative that we remain on schedule. Opening night is approaching quickly!
